The book, which is also available in paperback and audiobook formats, is a guide to the mechanisms of communication and human relations, shedding new light on the meaning of relationships and interpersonal communication.

In 2023, Guillaume Dulude founded the International Day of Courage and Individual Responsibility. For the occasion, he organizes and hosts the first Y Event at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Some 5,000 people attend this large-scale conference, which teaches psychological strategies for, among other things, overcoming stagnation, making the right decisions, moving forward to the next chapter of one’s life and finding meaning in it. With the proceeds from ticket sales, Guillaume raises over $100,000, which he donates to three Quebec high schools to encourage young people to pursue their quest for meaning through individual responsibility.
