10.1 To obtain services on this website and use certain other parts of the system, you must create an account which will contain certain personal data and payment information that may vary depending on your use of the website, as we may not request payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this website, you represent and warrant that:

- Cancellation, Termination, and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with the Products or Services you order from Psycom. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please reach out to customer service by email at info@communicationpsycom.com.
11.1 By purchasing a product, you agree to the terms and conditions.
11.2 Content that has already been broadcast is non-refundable.

11.3.2 If we terminate your account, you will be notified by email, and an explanation for the termination will be provided.

11.3.4 If your subscription is terminated before the end of your commitment, you will lose access to both the already broadcasted content and future content, as well as to the Facebook group if applicable.
11.4 Training in a Single Event (e.g. Y, Event)
11.4.1 Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.
11.4.2 Each ticket sold for the live virtual broadcast grants access to one person only. Access sharing is strictly prohibited.
11.5 Personality DNA
11.5.1 Personality DNA is non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Services, Prices, and Availability
12.1 While every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from Psycom match the actual Services that will be provided to you, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your needs and individual circumstances. This does not exclude our liability for errors due to our negligence.
12.2 We do not represent or guarantee that such Services will always be available and cannot confirm their availability until your Order has been confirmed. Availability indications are not provided on the Website.
12.3 We reserve the right to change prices and to modify or remove any special offers at any time.
12.4 In the event of price changes between the time of placing an order for Services and our processing of that order and taking payment, the price that was valid at the time of the order will be applied.
12.5 In the case of lifetime access to a service or product:
12.5.1 If our virtual platform becomes unavailable, you would then have a period of four months to download the content you have purchased. We will make the necessary arrangements and notify you in advance.
12.5.2 Lifetime access is associated with educational content and not a particular edition. For example, a customer who purchased the “Psycom 2 Edition 2022” training might find their training recording replaced by the “Psycom 2 Edition 2023” recording. The content remains the same, in an updated and improved version.
12.6 We sell educational content, and in some cases, to enhance or preserve client learning, the instructor may be replaced without notice.
- Orders and Services
13.1 Your order constitutes a contractual offer that we may, at our sole discretion, accept.
13.2 If, for any reason, we do not accept your order, no payment will be taken under normal circumstances. In any case, any amount paid by you in relation to this order will be refunded.
13.3 Payment for Services will be made via the payment method you have chosen, immediately for any setup fees corresponding to the service plan you purchased and on the same day of each subsequent month (“billing cycle”) for fees accrued during the previous month (“billing cycle”) AND/OR as stated in the order confirmation you received.
13.4 We strive to fulfill your order within 2 to 3 business days, except in exceptional circumstances. Time is not of the essence of the contract, meaning we will make every effort to fulfill your order within the agreed timeframe, but this is not a condition precedent to the contract and we will not be liable to you if we do not.
13.5 Psycom is committed to providing the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with best business practices.
13.6 If Services are provided that do not conform to your order and are therefore incorrect, you must contact us immediately to inform us of the error. We will ensure that all necessary corrections are made. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the provision of certain Services. You will be asked to read and confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when finalizing your order.
13.7 Psycom provides technical support via our online support forum. Psycom makes every effort to respond in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee a specific response time.

We make no guarantee that the Website or Facilities will be free from defects and/or malfunctions, and we do not provide any type of refund for service interruptions.
18.2 We disclaim any responsibility for any interruption or unavailability of the Website resulting from external causes, including but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, hosting equipment failure, communication network failure, power outages, natural events, acts of war, or legal restrictions and censorship.

19.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This provision will only apply in jurisdictions where a particular provision is illegal.
- Previous Terms and Conditions
In the event of a conflict between these terms and any previous version, the provisions of these terms will prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Third-Party Rights
No provision of these terms confers any rights to a third party. The agreement created by these terms and conditions is between you and Psycom.
