A workshop in which the participant will be specifically and individually coached to develop his or her ability to mobilize, inspire and influence his or her audience as well as to find pleasure in public speaking.
Participants will learn:
- How to prepare adequately
- Understand and manage emotions and anxiety
- Mastering gestures and non-verbal language
- Each participant is filmed before and after the training to demonstrate impact and improvement

Coaching is an essential skill related to new leadership and management. It is about the ability to constructively influence the other person so that they can find the internal resources to develop themselves despite the challenges they face.
Coaching involves high-level communication skills combined with knowledge of many human mechanisms. Participants in this training will be better equipped to deal with recurring issues with their employees and clients and will be able to change situations that may be perceived as dead ends.
